In the first meeting of the week, our teacher discussed three topics, these are writing an essay, research papers and the internet. In the first topic, she explained that an essay has three main parts, the Introduction, Body and the Conclusion. And she also made us read one example that contains these three parts. After that, she gave us a Blog Task of writing a Reaction Essay. Then, she proceeded to the next topic which is about Research papers, she discussed it to us a little bit and shared some of her experience back in college about it. And again, she gave us another assignment. Lastly, she talked about the internet and assigned us to read it in the book.
The second meeting was done in a short period of time, it is because of some Assembly in the Gymnasium, and it had to end at exactly 5pm. So, our teacher just gave us a homework, and dismissed us early. Also, only few of us has just managed to join the class that time. That's all, And I think I will be busy again doing a lot of writing..

A week of unpreparedness
The first meeting last week was good. Our teacher just explained to us that we must have our own topic and thesis statement that day for us to start researching about it. And it is also for us to write our term paper as early as we can. Then, she gave us the pointers for the Preliminary Exam, which happened last Friday. After all the talking, I started to think of what will be my, where I can expand it into a ten pages term paper. After a few minutes of asking advice with my classmates and thinking, I come up of a topic which is "The Characteristics and Prevention of Trojan Horse Virus", from which is not yet checked by our teacher, then we were dismissed.
Then on the second meeting, we had our preliminary exams. The first three items of the exam was good, that I was able to answer them all. But the last part, which was the essay, gave me a hard time to think of a topic. And writing about it was difficult for me because I am not a good writer, even though I keep on writing. Fortunately, I was able to write one, but I am not confident about the contents of my essay though, and I passed it to the proctor of the preliminary exam.

First meetings in the year 2010
Another year is coming and I hope all of us will have one HAPPY NEW YEAR and may GOD always bless us all!
Well, our teacher started our first class of 2010 by discussing the DESCRIPTIVE WORDS. And she also gave us the pointers of the Prelim Exam, for us to prepare early. After that, she also gave us a blog task for us to apply our learning in DESCRIPTIVE WORDS, and gave examples that really triggered my imagination. Especially the example about the "Description of a Place". Then, I didn't attend the Friday class because I got a fever. I do hope that I didn't miss a lot of topics in class. That's all, again, HAPPY NEW YEAR!
